Jam is delicious on muffins, crackers, almond butter & jelly sandwiches (or sunbutter/pumpkin seed butter if you can’t do nuts) and more, but did you know most store-bought jam has sugar or corn syrup added?
But not to worry! It’s also amazingly simple to make your own!
Check out my cooking video to see just how easy it is!
Hope you enjoy!
PS – this goes great on my almond pulp crackers!
Did you add water to strawberries to cook them down or just fresh cut strawberries in the pot? About how long did you cook them and over low or med heat? Thanks!
I did just fresh strawberries in the pot, but if your strawberries are a little on the firm side, a splash of water is totally fine.
I cooked maybe 5-10 minutes. You can tell when they are done when they are all cooked down and fall apart when you stir with a spatula or spoon.
Hope you enjoy!
