Today my daughter stepped into a deep hole leaving school.

She was in a lot of pain so I iced and elevated it immediately and gave her Leefy Prana, a turmeric supplement that is a natural inflammation reducer and pain remedy.

We went to Urgent Care for an x-ray. To detox after, my 4 year old son very sweetly made her an Organifi green juice. The spirulina and chlorella act as a binder and aid detoxification.

She took an Epsom salt bath which is great for aches and pains, and now is elevating her leg with some Therasage Infrared Red Light Therapy.

These tools can be used for you, your children or anyone you know. They are great to have on hand.
