I know it’s almost Father’s Day but if you still haven’t gotten that man in your life (father, husband, brother, uncle, dear friend…) a gift yet, why not give the gift of health and wellness? You can always print out what’s coming to put in the card so he can see what is coming! Am I the only one that has done that? 😉

Here are a few of my hubby’s favorite things!

PIQUE TEA

If you know him, then you know he can’t go a day without tea. Pique is his very favorite! He alternates between the English Breakfast, Early Grey and the Passion Fruit Green but he’s very happy with ANY of them! Organic, triple screened and tested for toxins, mold and radioactive isotopes, these cold brewed teas allows for maximum benefits WITHOUT the toxins (or microplastics from tea bags!).

ORGANIFI SUPERFOOD POWDERS

Our kids might be the ones downing this stuff during the day (the red and green juices are their favorite), but my husband ends each night with a mug of the GOLD… it’s like a turmeric latte, but with adaptogen benefits!

OSEA SKINCARE

He uses the Ocean Cleanser from Osea every morning and every night. With a light fresh scent it gently removes surface impurities and excess oils and gently exfoliates to minimize the appearance of pores. It delivers mineral-rich hydration for a clear, radiant complexion. (We both use it!) And… it comes in a glass bottle… better for the environment and gorgeous looking on your counter!

THERASAGE INFRARED SAUNA

He started using this when our 2 year old was in the ICU. This boosts his immunity, decreases inflammation, increases circulation (sleeping in a chair every night for a few weeks is not the best for the body!), relieves pain, improves sleep, offers mitochondrial support, enhances energy and promotes overall health and wellness. It also is amazing for detoxification, which is why I use it!. 🙂

Now he loves using it after a workout to speed recovery and soothe tired muscles. Our kids get the benefits from using it too! Use Discount Code ABBYPHON for 10% off for Father’s Day!

THERASAGE RED LIGHT THERAPY

Red Light Therapy has so many potential health benefits for healing and recovery. He uses it to improving sleep, helps inflammation, muscle recovery and joint pain. We’ve also use this on our kids (to heal a broken bone, with random wound healing, burn support and collagen building). Use discount code ABBYPHON for 10% off for Father’s Day!

Four Sigmatic

Finally, he can’t start his day without coffee! That’s why we’re always stocked up on Four Sigmatic adaptogenic coffee. It’s great coffee with functional mushrooms and other superfoods mixed in. Use code APHON for a discount!
