Eggless Salad!
Using a fork, gently mash together
- ¼ cup organic non-GMO (preferably sprouted) tofu
- About 1 tbsp soy-free veganaise mayo (to taste)
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Pinch pink Himalayan salt
