
After eating many avocado toasts and guacamole, I needed something else to do with ripe avocados. And my oldest REALLY wanted chocolate pudding!
(The problem with grocery delivery is all the avocados ripen at once!)
So… 🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑🥑!
Avocados are amazing. They are loaded with
- Fiber, which helps your tummy
- Potassium which help regulate blood pressure
- Vitamin C which is an antioxidant and strengthens your immune system
- Vitamin K for healthy blood and bones
- B Vitamins like folic acid and B6, which help with heart health
- Healthy fat, for a filling treat!
Without further ado…

Chocolate Avocado Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 large avocados
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Enjoy!
***BONUS *** The whipped topping recipe I use is:
- 1 can full coconut milk
- 17 drops liquid butterscotch flavored stevia
- 1 whipped cream canister & charger
